The lifts need maintenance due to squeaky doors!!! The cramped bathroom could benefit from a redesign and adequate tea/coffee supplies should be offered without lengthy waits!!!

Location is a big plus. Easy access to shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. Room size is decent, providing a comfortable space. Staff were friendly and helped when needed. However, I faced issues with the lock on my bathroom door, which locked me inside for over half an hour. The staff's response puzzled me, as they initially didn’t use proper tools to fix it, leading to more frustration. The bed was harder than I'm used to, impacting my comfort. Also, the TV had limited channels, making it hard to find something to watch. Check-in was smooth, but the confusion over billing during checkout was concerning. I was told my pre-approval amount wouldn't be canceled. instead, it would be refunded later, causing confusion around my charges. While I liked the location and some room features, the inconsistencies in service and room issues made my stay less enjoyable.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a fantastic poolside snack bar. The staff once helped me with printing, which made a lovely impression. I highly recommend staying here! I’m coming back for a weekend.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the stunning panoramic views at the Petronas Towers and enjoyed an outdoor cinema experience. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. The location near the monorail made getting around super easy!

It was just a balanced option for a couple of nights in Kuala Lumpur with excellent value for money. The location is convenient, which made it easy to explore the city. Keep in mind to check the bed comfort beforehand.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Premium Room and loved the excellent location right next to shopping malls and the monorail station. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was massive with plenty of options, though it could be slightly improved. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view. I'll definitely return on my next visit!

A few aspects could use improvement, first, the towels felt rough and not as plush as expected, which isn't ideal after a long day. The pool area, while nice for a cooling off, had lackluster happy hour drinks and could use a more expansive menu for snacks. Additionally, there were minor issues with room service timing, as requests for items like extra blankets were met with delays, slightly detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The Meliá Room was really spacious and comfy. Super clean! I loved the modern vibe and great shower in the big bathroom. The bed was extra cozy, and I even had a nice view. It felt like a great place to relax after exploring the city.

The Melia provided a tranquil atmosphere with modern amenities and efficient service. The Level lounge was a highlight, offering a quiet place to unwind. The staff, especially Brenda and Naleini, contributed significantly to a warm and enjoyable experience. Breakfast options in the lounge were satisfactory, and the room was comfortable with a refreshing shower, despite some traffic noise from the busy surroundings.

The mattresses were not as comfortable as expected.
